WARRANTY OFFICER
THE JOB
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a strong sense of compliance and procedure You will be responsible for automotive warranty claims represented by Motors Inc.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Handle client claims and queries.
- Assist in client follow ups and client communication.
- File in warranty applications, through the use of principal portals.
- Book, record, and close off pending warranty claims.
- Ensure that recall campaigns are initiated and closed within the time periods stipulated by the principal.
- Investigate any unsettled claims.
- Submit claims for payment.
- Maintain a clean warranty receivable schedule regularly to ensure proper cash flow.
- Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge in the warranty management system.
- Ensure that procedures and decisions are taken according to the manufactures policy.
WHO YOU ARE.
- Good working knowledge of dealer management system software.
- Proficient at reading technician reports and applying appropriate labour codes.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
