HYUNDAI SALES EXECUTIVE

THE JOB

Are you passionate about cars and enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join as a Hyundai Sales Executive. As the face of the Hyundai brand, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through every stage of their vehicle purchasing journey.

THE ROLE.

  • Greeting customers visiting our showroom and providing a warm, professional welcome.
  • Delivering a customer journey that reflects Hyundai brand standards and company guidelines.
  • Identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting vehicle features, and recommending solutions that meet their needs.
  • Keeping up to date with Hyundai products, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Assisting with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, product presentations, and vehicle handovers.
  • Supporting the Brand Manager in monitoring vehicle stock levels, customer orders, and the vehicle delivery process.
  • Providing support across our showroom network whenever additional customer assistance is required.

YOU.

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with a professional approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and an interest in the latest vehicle technologies and market trends.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A valid driving licence.
