Warehouse Supervisor
THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for automotive parts and automotive industry. If you are keen about automotive parts and warehousing, then we would like to meet you.
As part of our development plans, new talent is required for full Time Employment:
THE JOB.
- Coordinate and prepare parts deliveries to be sent to our suppliers and repairers.
- Coordinate perpetual and annual stocktaking of inventory.
- Ensure that the appropriate checks are being implemented in making sure that all goods received are true and correct to the orders placed.
- Ensure the necessary procedures are in place when receiving, unpacking, checking and bin goods received from respective suppliers.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to goods received.
- Support the aftersales and sales function, in maximizing sales performance.
- Assist the logistic Team leader for any required tasks.
- Leading the warehouse team in coordinating the day-to-day duties pertaining to the warehouse department.
YOU.
- The ability and experience in leading a team in reaching department objectives.
- Good knowledge and experience on warehouse operations.
- Knowledge and proficient in Kerridge (Autoline).
- Organised and systematic in record keeping.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly.
- Ownership on making sure that the department tasks are done.
