SALES CONSULTANT

THE ROLE!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for the automotive industry. If you are driven by customer interaction, enjoy working with vehicles we would like to meet you. As part of our ongoing development, we are seeking new talent for full-time employment in a role that supports our sales team across different showrooms.

THE JOB!

  • Support sales operations across different showrooms, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Build strong client relationships by acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales journey.
  • Assist customers by providing both general and detailed information about various vehicle brands and models.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, guiding them towards the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Assist the sales team in test drives and vehicle deliveries to clients.
  • Provide support to showroom teams during peak periods, staff leave, or absences.
  • Issue quotations and assist clients with financing and credit facility processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Stay up to date with developments across multiple brands and their respective competitors.

  • Strong sales and customer-facing skills with a professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and guide clients effectively.
  • A flexible and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt accordingly.
  • A team player with a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.
