Parts Procurement and Sales Executive

THE ROLE 

The primary objective of this role is to source automotive parts at competitive prices while identifying sales opportunities to drive business growth. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms, and ensuring a steady and cost-effective supply of parts to meet customer demands.

THE JOB. 

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Source hard-to-find automotive parts to meet customer and business needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, manufacturers, and alternative sourcing options.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal supply.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging automotive parts trends and customer needs.
  • Analyse competitor pricing, sourcing strategies, and sales approaches.
  • Provide insights and reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

YOU. 

  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and their components.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions or customer issues.
