{"id":1518,"date":"2025-10-07T10:15:28","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T10:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.motorsinc.com.mt\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=1518"},"modified":"2025-10-07T10:15:29","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T10:15:29","slug":"automotive-electrician-technician","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.motorsinc.com.mt\/careers\/automotive-electrician-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN \/ TECHNICIAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Automotive Electrician \/ Technician<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE ROLE<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The automotive electrician is a specialised team member of the workshop responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing electrical systems and components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE JOB.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Install, repair, diagnose and test electrical components and systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform maintenance and service on electrical devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install, replace, and repair wiring circuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform diagnostic tests in establishing faults and repair methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test and replace batteries, as well as diagnose and fix charging system issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report and give feedback to the service centre on pending and finalised jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to the occupational health and safety procedures and standards established by the Company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain workshop tools and keep work bay clean and hazard free.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the workshop in performing mechanical repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YOU.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In possession of an Automotive Electrician Certificate or Qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry and role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Knowledge of automotive electrical modules, systems and components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in using diagnostics tools and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated and hardworking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE COMPANY!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MOTORS INC.
